Our commitment

The City works to make its online information and services available to residents, visitors and businesses, including people with disabilities.

This website is designed toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing responsibility, and the City reviews pages and services as the website changes.

Accessibility features

The website includes features intended to support different ways of reading, navigating and interacting with City information.

• Keyboard access to links, menus, forms and controls
• Visible focus indicators that show which control is selected
• Headings, landmarks, labels and link text for screen readers
• Text that can be resized and layouts that adapt to smaller screens
• High contrast and reduced motion options
• Reading Tools for text size, contrast and read-aloud support

Reading Tools are available near the top of the page on larger screens and in the bottom action bar on phones.

Documents and outside services

Some City information is provided through documents or websites operated by other organizations. Those services may have different accessibility features.

If a document, linked website or online service prevents you from getting City information or completing a task, contact the City. We will work with you to provide the information or assistance in another way.
