Pay a bill

Use the City's First Billing portal for online water and sewer payments. Payment and account details can change, so confirm current terms in the portal before submitting payment.

Start or stop service

New customers can apply for water and sewer service. Existing customers can request disconnection through Utility Billing. Contact the office for the current application, identification and deposit requirements.

Automatic payments

The City offers bank-draft automatic payment. Contact Utility Billing for the current authorization form and enrollment instructions.
