Westwood Industrial Park
Located off US 52, reached by Westlake Drive to Boggs Drive. It is 9 miles from I-77, 5 miles from I-74, 45 miles from Winston-Salem and 60 miles from Piedmont Triad International Airport, and is an active site for Foreign Trade Zone 230. The City provides a 16 inch water line and 12 inch sewer line.
Piedmont Triad West Corporate Park
A certified park within the City limits with more than 300 acres zoned for industrial and commercial development.
